Placement Exam
Saturday, January 10, 2009
Priority admission and scholarship eligibility is given to those students who choose to test with Rosary High School on Jan. 10, 2009. Students should bring two #2 pencils (sharpened). No Calculators are allowed.
Pre-registration for the Placement Exam is encouraged. To pre-register please complete the Application for Admission and the Release of Records form and return to Rosary with the $30 testing fee by Monday, Jan. 5, 2009.
There will be an informational Parents Meeting on exam day. Topics will include tuition, scholarships, financial aid, athletics, etc.

Explore Days
February 19, March 18 and April 22, 2009
Seventh grade girls from area grade schools are invited to Rosary in the spring. Visitors will be given a short overview of the school, and then be guided through the school for various activities and presentations. Sign up for one of our Explore Days by filling out the online registration form. |
Freshmen Family Night
Thursday, April 23, 2009 (7:00 - 8:30 pm)
This night is for all incoming freshmen and their parents. Girls will be able to meet classmates, eat ice cream, and learn about getting into sports, being involved in after school clubs & programs, doing the classwork, and yes, ... having a social life!
Parents: You will have your own program to attend while your daughter is busy. Many parent-related topics will be discussed as well as a question/answer session.

Eighth Grade Get-Together
Thursday, October 2, 2008 (7:00 - 8:30 pm)
This is an evening set-aside for eighth grade girls to come to Rosary for food, fun and philanthropy. The girls will work with current Rosary students on a service-related project. This free event will provide an informal atmosphere for interested 8th graders to learn more about Rosary. Sign up for this event by filling out the online registration form. |
Open House (5th-8th Grade Open House)
Sunday, November 16, 2008 (12:30 - 3:30 pm)
The Open House introduces the prospective student and her family to the faculty and students of Rosary High School.

| SHADOW DAYS |
Shadow Days (October - April)
A Shadow Day is an opportunity for 8th grade girls to get a realistic view of what a typical day at Rosary High School is like. Eighth graders are welcome to visit on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays, October through April. Parents should call Mrs. Ramella at 630-896-0831 ext. 12 at least ONE WEEK in advance to schedule their daughter’s Shadow Day.
When shadowing, girls should arrive at 7:40 a.m. and be picked up at 2:45 p.m. Dress is casual, but must be appropriate for school (no jeans, sweat/athletic pants, or midriff tops allowed). A complimentary lunch from our school cafeteria will be provided. Girls are asked to bring a book of their choice on the day they Shadow. |
