A MESSAGE FROM THE CAFETERIA STAFF: girls, we are finding food and drinks left on the table, food thrown and stepped on the floor as well as pop spilled and not cleaned up in the cafeteria before and after school and after lunch periods. Because of this the cafeteria will be closed after school until after Labor Day. All of us need to remember to be respectful of all areas of the school. All garbage, paper and other trash needs to be disposed of properly and not left for someone else to take care of.
THERE STILL ARE 26 NAMES ON THE LIST for missing yellow information cards. The list is posted in the attendance office. PLEASE check the list for your name. FINAL DEADLINE for the cards to be in the office is tomorrow! If you still have not turned in your card on Friday, a detention will be issued for every day until you get it to the office. NO EXCEPTIONS.
FOOTBALL MANIA: Do you have your raffle ticket for the NFL and/or COLLEGE football season. Remind your parents a $20 ticket is a chance to win every week for the entire season. See Ms. Kunold to purchase a ticket.
LAST REMINDER: used text books can be bought in the office today and tomorrow only.
STUDENTS: in the office there are several lost items. Books, lunch bags, shelving for lockers…etc. We keep items for 1 week only then they go to Goodwill. Please stop by to reclaim any lost items. Cost is $1.
TOMORROW IS JEANS DAY: the cost to be out of uniform is $1. Please follow the dress code guidelines on page 21 of the handbook for jeans day. Proceeds from the donations will be used to support the efforts of our "go green" club.
THE ART DEPT would appreciate any magazines with Housing and Interior Design ideas. (example`s are Better Homes and Garden, and Living magazines).
PICTURE THIS…….you are playing your sport and your parents and friends are watching. …..A safe bet would be that SOMEBODY has a camera in the crowd! We are looking for "action photos" of players and teams to be put on the web page. PLEASE bring any photo you may have to Ms. Kunold or Mrs. Sprott for possible use on the website.
