National Honor Society

The goal of National Honor Society at Rosary High School is to create an enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote worthy leadership and to encourage the development of character in Rosary High School students.

Membership in NHS is by invitation. In order to be considered for membership a student must first achieve a minimum GPA of 3.5 by either their 5th or 6th semester at Rosary. In addition a student must demonstrate their willingness to serve by accumulating 50 documented hours of service by completion of their 5th semester or 55 hours of service by completion of their 6th semester at Rosary. NHS is more than an honorary society. It is an active, vibrant part of the Rosary community, dedicated to raising $3000.00 in scholarship funds each school year. For additional information on NHS membership requirements please see the Rosary Student Handbook.
