5K Sponsorship Information
The Rosary High School Alumnae Association is proud to announce that our 8th Annual Road Scholars 5K Run/Walk will be held on Sunday, May 18, 2008, starting at Rosary High School. What a great opportunity for parents, alumnae and friends of Rosary to participate in a 5K Run/Walk. Proceeds will be used to fund the Sister Mary Joseph Scholarship and Rosary High School through the Alumnae Association.
In order to make this event a success, the Rosary Alumnae Association needs your financial support. Click here for a list of sponsorship levels with a brief description of how your business will be recognized for your contribution to the Annual Road Scholars 5K Run/Walk. Your sponsorship will contribute not only to the success of the Road Scholars 5K Run/Walk, but will also enable Rosary High School to fulfill its mission of educating young women. Please complete the sponsorship form and return it to us as soon as possible. To enable us to meet publication deadlines, we must receive your contribution by March 15, 2008.
Items are also being sought to fill our 200 Gift bags for the runners. You are welcome to donate products with your advertising on it. Products must be received by May 1st to be included in our take home package. Some of items donated last year were: pens, lip balm, tablets, drink can covers, magnets, coupons for free dessert with dinner purchase, and a free 10-inch pizza coupon. Could you help with a product to fill our 200 bags? By becoming a Gift Bag Sponsor, your company name will be listed in the Sponsorship Booklet distributed to all participants and in the Rosary High School Newsletter, sent to over 5,500 friends of Rosary.
Because of previous generous sponsors, our 2007 Road Scholars 5 K Run/Walk was a huge success. With over 175 Participants, 60 Volunteers and 40 sponsors, we were able to raise over $6000.00 for the Sr. Mary Joseph Scholarship Fund and Alumnae projects.
