Each year the Parents’ Auxiliary provides this service to parents and students who are interested in selling and/or purchasing used books and uniforms. For this service we charge a small fee. Any proceeds are used to help fund many of the activities sponsored by Parents’ Auxiliary.

Things you need to know:

  • All Student Drop Off Days: May 30th, June 2nd & 3rd - 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
  • Prior to Drop Off:
    • The seller is responsible for checking the “Accepted for Resale Book List” posted in the school hallways.
    • Complete the “Parent Authorization Form”. Must be signed by a parent.
    • Seller completes an “Inventory Sheet”. May also be obtained at the Check-In table.
    • Seller completes a “Sales Ticket”. Available at the Check In table.
    • Be sure to complete all forms accurately and legibly.
  • All items are priced by Parents’ Auxiliary to assure fairness and consistency. We only accept books and uniforms that will be used the following year. Books and uniforms are priced according to their condition and years of use.
  • Proceeds are distributed by check, using the information provided on the “Parent Authorization Form” and will be mailed out by August 1, 2008.
  • Service Fees:
    • Seller 5% fee is deducted from your total sales amount.
    • Buyer $5.00 service fee is added to total purchase.
  • The day of the sale, doors open at 6:00 p.m. Each buyer is given a number when they arrive. Small groups of buyers are admitted into the sales area using this number.

** We Accept Cash and Checks ONLY. A returned check is assessed a $25.00 handling fee. **
