Lori (Reisinger ’76) Nally has been elected as 2026-2027 President of the Tennessee Elks Association. Lori is the second woman to serve as president since the association was formed in 1902.
Lori was one of the first five women to be initiated into the Jackson Lodge in 2002. From her very first meeting, Lori immersed herself in the activities of Jackson Lodge, and was the first woman to hold the title of Exalted Ruler, paving the way for greater female involvement in the organization. In 2021, she was the first female to be elected to the Tennessee Elks Association Hall of Fame. Her primary goal has been enhancing activity in the Tennessee Elks Association.
Lori is a strong advocate for the Elks, within her Jackson Lodge, the State Elks, and in the community. She actively encourages Lodges to participate in numerous community activities to enhance their visibility. As president, her message is “Together We Will Grow.”
Lori loves God and her family above all else; she and her husband Donnie have two daughters and two sons-in-law, three grandsons, one granddaughter, and a great granddaughter.
Reflecting on her time at Rosary, Lori says, “Going to Rosary was of the best decisions my mom made for me. During my time there, I made many friends and still keep up with some now.” She attended the Rosary Class of 1976's 50-Year Reunion in May.
“Rosary taught me how to be a team player and brought out my leadership skills, which I am still using today as Tennessee Elks State President,” she said. “I was taught that it takes an entire team to accomplish goals. My motto as state president is, if you walk alone it is just a walk, but, Together We Will Grow."
As an Elk, Lori continues to serve her community and to fulfill the Dominican tenet to preach with her life. “I love being an Elk and helping those less fortunate in our community. It makes my heart full”

Lori Nally of Jackson Elks Lodge #192 has been elected as 2026-2027 President of the Tennessee Elks Association.
Installation was held at the TEA convention in Gatlinburg last month. Nally is the second woman to hold the office since the association was formed in 1902 and was one of the first five women to be initiated into the Jackson Lodge in 2002.
Nally has consistently dedicated her service to the Elks on the local, state, and national levels.
“I look forward to traveling across the state over the next year to visit all 29 lodges and attending our national convention over July 4th weekend where I have the honor of carrying the Tennessee state flag during opening ceremonies,” Nally said.
As a longstanding leader in Lodge #192, Nally maintains a positive relationship with local media in efforts to enhance the visibility of the organization in the community.
Madison County has seen great benefits from state and national grants written by Nally to fund the many service projects of the Jackson Elks.
Nally was the first woman to hold the title of Exalted Ruler in the Jackson Lodge and the first female to be elected to the Tennessee Elks Association Hall of Fame in 2021, attending leadership training and mid-year and annual Elks conventions.
She has served as a point of contact for state and national matters and locally for both members and non-members.
For Nally and her family, involvement in the Elks is a group commitment.
“My husband, Donnie and I are both involved in our local lodge,” Nally said. “We are committed to helping fulfill the needs of the community by feeding the homeless and helping our children, the elderly, and our veterans.”
Elks Lodge #192 is involved in numerous service projects, fundraising for breast cancer awareness, youth activities and scholarships, Scarlet Rope Project, The Dream Center, Jackson Food Pantry, veterans groups, The Community Foundation, and others.
Each Christmas, members pack 250 food baskets to distribute for the Christmas Basket Program.
